WHY FITNESS PÅ SVENSKA?

In Belarus there are a lot of Swedish learners who look for ways to practise and maintain their language as they are afraid to lose Swedish. It's a very common experience. Being both a Swedish teacher and a certified fitness instructor I've come up with an idea to create Fitness på svenska, fitness workouts in easy Swedish for those who are interested in the Swedish language and at the same time take care of their health and bodies. 


All you need to know

Fitness på svenska are various physical workouts which are designed to be professional, fun and useful languagewise. The duration of a workout is 1 hour. The participants learn about the place, time and kind of workout beforehand. Moreover, they take active part in deciding WHEN, WHERE and WHAT kind of training they would like to have.
